Congrats to the McNeal Family!

F.C. Lehman handing over the keys to Retired Sargent Major Celestine McNeal. She bought TWO Ford Fiesta's for her daughters--Diamond McNeal & Brandi McNeal. Her husband, Rodney McNeal, is also Retired from the Army.
