We shopped, we discovered, you save!

I went oil price & tire rotation shopping this week to other local service places...yep, you heard me right. I wanted to experience, first hand, what this would be like so that I could better relate to other females in the same shoes. I found myself getting very nervous when I {a women} realized I was walking into a generally male ran place of business. It's crazy because the simple fact that I've worked at Jenkins and Wynne a little over two years and pretty much know what to expect, but I still got nervous. You know that hot, about to sweat, red face feeling? Yeah, very strange. All these things started going through my head like, 'What if I say the wrong thing? Will they laugh because I'm a woman and obviously vehicle service knowledge is not my strong suit!', 'Where is the front door to this place, anyways? ''Where am I supposed to park?' And then I realized how thankful I am that Jenkins and Wynne has Women At The Wheel! What a smart and creative way to be able to reach out to us women and help answer our automotive questions without feeling intimidated or belittled! The best thing about it is we have women in EVERY department, so no matter what your automotive, service, new vehicle questions are-if you prefer-a woman can help you!
