How to keep off the Holiday Lbs.


Being as it is Women At The Wheel week and Thanksgiving is TOMORROW (Say what?!), we thought we would touch on that love/hate subject. Food & Weight.


Everyone loves the Holidays for the purpose of all the yummy food & treats that go along with it. BUT...we all dread getting on that scale after the celebrations are over.




Here's a few tips thanks to Fitness Magazine on how to choose smarter choices but still get to eat all the yummy stuff!
